What is your return/cancel policy?

You can cancel your order anytime after purchase until dispatch. If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. You have another 14 days to return it to us in perfect condition for a full refund. We can't refund the delivery fees. We are happy to help organise the collection and return.
